i believe they are three ... they are like flowers on same limb .. as soon one blooms in short time all others will do.... so the nest there is "blooming" now

Nijmegen: 4 hatches!
Eemsmond: at least 2 hatches!
I have not seen the babies yet, but in the image you can see 3 egg shells... so my conclusion is at least 2 babies here!
