Could be Buzzard. There is a Buzzard nest just over 100m away in the wood from the Hobby nest.

OMG - Just went out into kitchen for cuppa, when got back, caught the tail end of what I thought was a Goshawk flying away. With the chick. The eggs are also disturbed. Happened approx 10 mins ago, but probs with link. Can't believe it !!!! So SAD !!!!!!!
